Hello There,
I've just buying a license for SDL Trados Studio 2021. After installation , I've tried to open desktop application but I always find this error
The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)
I tried the resolution found on Knowledge Base but it doesn't help.
Could you please suggest another resolution than renaming folders "SDL Community" and "Plugins"?

Try to rename this file: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\TranslationMemoryRepository.xml

Unfortunately, it doesn'y work!

In that case download Fresh Start from Appstore, uninstall Studio, use Fresh Start and try again.
Another option would be renaming the Projects.xml in your Studio 2021 folder within Documents, subfolder Projects.

SDL Freshstart - Language Solutions | SDL - install, double click to run. You need admin rights for that. So better you install as admin—right click the installer and chose "Run as admin".

When you say it doesn't work on your version of W10- what exactly do you mean?
You cant install it?
Error message perhaps?
