deactivate my license on my old computer and get a new activate license on my new computer

As my old computer is broken, I need to use my trados 2015 on my new computer but I could not deactivate my previous trados on my old computer. Could you please help me to deactivate it so that I can activate it on my new computer? Thanks very much!
