Hello, i just bought SDL Trados Starter 2021, but I'm having a problem with the installation. It sais 'An error occurred while downloading a required file. You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup.' I clicked on retry, but it didn't work. Can you help me please?

Go to the link specified in the error message, this will download an .exe file - ndp48-web. exe. Install it and then run the Studio installer again.
