Can you please send a screenshot with the error message (expand the Details section of the error message)?

You have to install the Microsoft NETFramework version mentioned in the error message and then run the Studio installer again.

Please try to download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from the following link and then try to run the Studio installer again: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150

If that doesn`t work try to install Studio 2014 manually: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0036110
