deactivation

I have been having difficulties with this software since last august. 

I can't get the machine translation working. So I have tried deactivation but in vain. 

What is the point of buying a product when you can't get it to work? 

The same problem happened twice already. Last time I had it, I had to format my computer. 

Please help me fix this problem.

    Are you first of all logged in?

    How are you trying to connect to Machine Translation? Are you using the out-of-the-box Language Cloud? SDL Machine Translation Cloud? or a different provider?

    Do you get any error messages?
