Reinstallation of my existing SDL Trados Studio 2017 and licensing support

  Hello, my Microsoft Windows was recently reinstalled and as a result I lost my Trados Studio 2017. I've now managed to reinstall Trados but it's not functioning at all and I cannot get a Gateway ticket to help me and fix the problem to get Trados up & running again. Please let me know what would be the best solution to this problem. I'm willing to get an upgrade to a later version, if the price is affordable, and if it'll solve the problem.
