Error when resetting a license

Hello, I needed to move our license for SDL Trados Studio Professional 2017 to a different computer. I deactivated it on computer A, but can't activate it on computer B. The SDL License panel in OOS says that the license is still active. When I click on "Reset license", it gives me an error message and there's nothing I can do about it. Could you please help? Disappointed
