Dear madam/sir,
Even though I upgraded to SDL Studio 2021 Frelance Plus (as per my Order History through my SDL Account), I was provided with a single-use license, which prevents me from using my Studio software in both my PC and my laptop. Could anyone please let me know how to address/resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your prompt reply and assistance. I decided to try the License Reset option, and it worked out. I can now use my 2021 software in both my PC and my laptop. Just for your verification, I'm attaching a screenshot of the message I was getting.
Do you have any idea as to why this issue may have come up? If possible, I'd very much like to be able to prevent it from happening again. Thank you.
