Problems with payment

Hi, 

I have been struggling with making a payment for my subscription. For a reason I do not know my card payment will not get accepted, I tried multiple times. I have confirmed with my mobile app, I have checked my limits - it should work. 

Then I tried paying with PayPal, confirmed again, and got another error message and email from Trados. I also got an e-mail from PayPay saying that my payment needs to be processed by the merchant. However, no money was taken from my account. 

I am lost. Do you have any suggestions? Will my account be charged for the PayPal payments?
