- Account ID
- User ID
- API Key
- TouchPoint ID

Please confirm what version of Studio you are using and what method you are using to try and connect to Studio MT. This is clearly not an out of the box mechanism and these are not all required at all. It might be better if you also provide a screenshot of what you are looking at.
