I am trying to download the MT enhanced plugin for Trados Studio. I am logged in (I know this because I can see my license details) but when I click to download I am asked to login again. I do this but just go round in circles, back to the same point in the Appstore, where I am asked to login again.
does anyone have a suggestion, or know where else I could download the plugin from?
Which version of Studio are you using? I ask because if you're using 2021 there are easier ways to get the plugin using the integrated appstore integration.
Otherwise I suggest you try with a different browser.
