Hi,
My computer with "SDL Trados Studio 14 Freelance, Order # 326911 " went out of order and I can't deactivate it now in order to get a new license activation code on a new computer. I received an email from Sorin Perta saying that my license is available for activation. But, the procedure in how to do this step-by-step is missing. I don't know where to find this code, where to activate or de-activate my old license (and if I need to). Please, advise.

I don't know where to find this code
Go to your SDL Account, the same place where your orders are, your downloads are... where everything is. In there you'll find your activation code under Licences:
To activate and deactivate just to this in Studio under the Help menu. I don't have a copy of anything as old as 2014 installed so don't have a screenshot to make sure it's correct, but it should be obvious if you go to the help menu and then read what's in there. Click all the buttons even... just have a go and I'm sure you'll find it.
