I have the same problem with a new crash of my computer (cf case 00545029)
. While starting it again, my licenses Studio 2019 and 2021 weren’t active anymore.

I have bought a new computer. Could you help me to deactivate 2019 and 2021 officially as I can’t deactivate them myself (I followed the process without success on my old computer), so I can install BOTH OF THEM on my new computer.
