This is my third attempt trying to explain the problem of license activation on a new computer: my old computer where SDL Trados Studio 14 Freelance, order # 326911 was installed went out of order and I replaced the old hard drive by a new one but I didn't deactivate the license before replacing the hard drive. And now I can't activate my license! Please, help!

Please don't post personal information in here (licence code etc.) This is a public forum. We already know who you are so don't need you to provide any information about your licence when you need this kind of help.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados Studio 2014.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
