I'd like to transfer my current Licence Trados Studio 2019 to a new computer

My current computer starts to be weak. To transfer the licence on the new one, as required in the procedure, I've backed up all the important files on an external hard drive. Now i want to deactivate the licence on the current computer but when I want to proceed, I get the Popup saying that I have to close the other instances  of the application before deactivating the licence. I don't see what these instances are as I just start Studio 2019, go to the "Help" section, to "activation of the product" and then clicked on "Deactivate" but it does not work, on line or off line. Could you help?
