I should deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 license but unfortunately my PC-technician already deinstalled the software without deactivating the software....so what happens now is that I should reinstall the software but the licence appears to be still in use. How could I proceed??? Thanks in advance!
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
