Unable to Activate/Detect License

Question

 Attached is the error window from the Installed 2014 version on my computer. It says "no activation key detected" and I am forced to disactivate the account with my license key. Then after entering the key, it gives this message and closes the program. I cannot uninstall Trados 2014 to re-install later from the internet as that download is nowhere to be found (not even under "downloads" on my profile. Please, advise and thank you for your time,

 Please can you reply to the threads you already created if they don't answer your questions and don't keep creating new ones or we don't have any idea what you've tried, what the problem is etc.
