Hallo,
I bought the upgrade from Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, but there is no licence available under "Licences" > "All licences" > "Your Available Upgrades". I tried disactivating the licence of my Studio 2019 but there were still no licences for my Studio 2021 FP. I watched a few videos by following the help links, but they refer to older versions and didn't help. What should I do? Thanks in advance!

You purchased a subscription licence and not a perpetual licence. So activate the product following these instructions:

Oh, shoot! I really didn't realize that! I guess it wasn't very clearly written when I subscribed...
For the moment being and and because of my workflow I'm *really really* not interested in a subscription licence! Is there a way I can upgrade to a perpetual licence?

I see other users complained about the same issue, i.e. being forced to buy a subscription licence, when they just wanted to upgrade their previous version with a perpetual licence.

I've been informed by the Licensing team that the license for SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus is now showing up in the Licenses section of your SDL account. Please let me know if you need further assistance with downloading and activating SDL Trados Studio 2021!
