I had to replace my laptop's hard disk. Therefore, I had to re-download Trados. Yet I was not able to reinstall it because - to make it short - it is as if I was trying to install Trados on another computer. The license is shown as "already in use" (which is not, because I have a new hard disk).
This is a big issue and I need your urgent help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
