Deactivation of my licence on my old computer to transfer on the new one. I've followed the submitted procedure, saved the important files but unfortunately can't proceed the deactivation whether online or offline. Could you help?

 I've followed the submitted procedure, saved the important files, started trados went to "help section", to "activate the product" and tried to "deactivate" but unfortunately can't proceed the deactivation whether online or offline.   I don't see any other instances of the application open. Could you help?

SDL Trados Studio 2019 activation window with an error message stating 'Other instances of this application are running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license.' with an OK button.
