I`ve checked your account and you have a Network license so the correct way to activate Studio is to click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the server where your Network license is activated > click "Connect".

As you have a Network license you cannot activate it directly in Studio. I`ve checked your account and the license is already activated on a machine / server, probably by your IT department or however manages your licenses. You need to find out the name of the machine / server where the license is activated and then follow these steps on your machine: to click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the server where your Network license is activated > click "Connect".
