First thoughts here are permission issues/Antivirus blocking access to the relevant folder, but we need the full error stack to be sure.

Perhaps the following will help (adding the listed paths to your AntiVirus 'exceptions list'

thank you for your answer. I was pretty sure, that your advice will solve the problem, but regret not. Added the paths under the link to the exception list. Restarted my laptop, but still the same error :-(
