You can download the installer for Studio 2019 from the following link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2019/SR2/CUs/CU8/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_CU8_3007.zip
It should work for 30 days in Trial mode only if it`s the first time you installed Studio 2019 on that computer.
