Hello, I have been trying several times to install the new update 16.1.3.4096 but at a certain point I always get a "rolling back action" and message "could not install - error 1603". My current version is 16.0.2.3343 that works well. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
Please try the following
1.Navigate to C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS Development Kit and rename the System folder ( to System_old)
2.Run the Studio installer again
If you can't find the path above just open Windows File Explorer click on View and check the "Hidden Items" folder
