Hello, I would like to ask for you help: Yesterday (02/04/2021), I switched to a new laptop, so I deactivated my license for Trados Studio 2019 on my old laptop, upgraded to Trados Studio 2021 on my new laptop and activated it. However, today (02/05/2021), when launching, the program is prompting me to activate it again, but it is not possible. The activation key does not work and I can see that this license is in use on my account. Please, have you any advice for me? Thank you very much.
Have you tried resetting your licence to make sure it's available to you? You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2019.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
