Hi, my computer has broken completely and now I have a problem to deactivate the SDL 2019 license offline - I received the deactivation code but after using it, the message appears, An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation.
It is impossible to deactivate the license on the computer on which i was using it,. Resetting the license does not work either - again error message appears, please, is there anyone who can help me? Thanx a lot..., Erika
