I was experiencing problems with SDL Trados Studio 2019 (the Tell me button was not working, and I could not do concordance searches in the TM that is on my client's server).
So I uninstalled the app to reinstall the previous build (my client told me that the concordance search problem was a known issue wiith the lasted updated build).
During uninstall, a message informed me that it was not necessary to deactivate my license if I was reinstalling on the same computer, so I did not.
Now I cannot activate the software. I only get the message "Evaluation expired [37]". When I click on Validate, I cannot enter my product key in the text box. I cannot get past the error message box.
I tried to repair the app (option available through the Control Panel), No success.
I tried uninstalling again and reinstalling.No success.
I tried resetting my licence. No success.
I tried renaming and deleting the license.lic file. No success.
How can I resolve this issue?
