Problem installing SDL Trados 2014 on new laptop

Hi 
 
 I am trying to move SDL Trados 2014 onto a new laptop. I have deactivated the licence and downloaded the exe file but I get an error message when I try to run the exe file: 
 An error occurred downloading the following resource: 
 http://downloadcentre.sdl.com/prerequisites/DotNetFX35SP1/Tools/clwireg.exe 
 I installed net framework 3.5. I managed to find the error message:
