Cannot upgrade my license

Good morning,

I tried to upgrade my license following the relevant procedure

  • Log in into your SDL account 
  • Click on Products&Plans - Licenses 
  • Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
  • On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again 

but it didn't work and I kept remaining at the same screen.
When I check, the old license is unchanged and when I try the upgrading process, I keep remaining at the screen where the selection of the license to be upgraded is made and where you find the button Process Upgrade.
