I'm trying to reinitialize my Trados Studio 2017 licence (bought 24 Aug 2017 - Invoice Number: 461201) but strangely enough I cannot seem to find it in the "LICENCES" tab in my SDL account, while the product is still present on the "DOWNLOAD" page.
Can you please help me?

Did you upgraded by any change the 2017 version to another version ? Because if this is the case then you should have the license of the new version to which you have upgraded .

It is an aricle for upgrade from 2019 freelance to 2021 freelance however the notes apply in case you have upgraded from 2017 to 2019 also .
