For the order 437906 Freelance Plus I have purchased an upgrade to S2021. One activation is available for upgrade, while the other not. I cannot deactivate the product neither online nor offline, because the product was installed in a virtual PC and this will not start anymore 
Would you please help deactivating the second activation? Many thanks in advance.
