I want to go back to SR2CU7

I updated to latest version of Studio 2019 two days ago. It has been an absolute disaster (have posted problem on Community Support and someone is kindly trying to help me but so far no solution has been found except perhaps to downgrade). I downloaded it twice again, deleted ALL related files from my computer and  the problem persists.  I even had to enter license number. I still am unable to do a Concordance Search (I'm using server-based TMs. Now I want to go back to SR2CU7 and the automated chat cannot tell me how to.  On your Downloads page the only option is to download SR2CU8 again! How on earth do I return to the old version to see if that will solve the problem.
