I'm trying to connect a license from the server with trados 2021 but it gives me an error.
The licenses are connected because another client with trados 2017 connects.
How can I solve? I attach screenshots

I`ve checked your account and you have a 2017 Network license. This means that you can only use / connect Studio 2017 to the licensing server.
If you want to use Studio 2021 you need to upgrade at least one seat from 2017 to 2021: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Please note that if you upgrade both seats from 2017 to 2021 you won`t be able to use Studio 2017 anymore.
