Dear helpdesk,
two days ago I paid the Freelancer Trados License (bank transfer). However, I forget to mention on the transfer wire the order number, which is 637217.
The order status in my Trados account says 'completed', so I guess you received the money.
I have downloaded the exe files, but when trying to start Trados, I am being asked to either start a 30 day test license or to buy a license. See screen shot below.
How to continue from here? I do not want to buy a license, because I already did. If I click on 30 day test trial, I am asked for an activating code, which I do not have.
