I'm having issues re-installing studio 2017 freelance on my computer

As I was having so many issues with the software, I thought I would uninstall the software and then re-install it again. However, I'm getting the following messages.
Also, when trying to download SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15, I get a message saying that a higher version has already been installed and needs to be deleted first. Can anyone help?
