When you upgrade from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021, as long as both versions are installed on the same machine, then when activating Studio 2021- this will also allow you to use 2019.

Please deactivate Studio 2021, wait a few minutes and then reactivate 2021- you should now be able to start Studio 2019.

Thanks for the advice. I can start Studio 2019. The problem is, that after I upgraded to 2021 in my SDL account, the 2019 activation codes are gone, so I dont know how to activate 2019 again.

When you upgrade from 2019 to 2021, you lose the 2019 license which is replaced with Studio 2021.

If you wish to keep using Studio 2019, then you need to ensure both versions are installed on your machine- and then activate 2019 by deactivating 2021 and the reactivate.
