I have installed SDL Trados 2019 and need to activate it using the student license I have been given by my University.

Somehow I have been working in SDL Language Cloud without realising and I am not registered with the correct activation key.

Have tried signing in and looking for where to reactivate and deactivate in order to start fresh, but since there is no record of me registering at all in the profile page (which I was asked to set up before being able to start using the software) those options won´t work. I have a profile page and have been learning to use the software, but I need to make sure I am correctly signed in otherwise I will lose all my work in March.

Please help!
