I have upgrade the license key from Studio 2019 to 2021 (professional) by deactivating the current license and generating the new license key on our account.

However, when I start Studio again, and insert the generated activation code, I get this error message: 

Activation code failed. Invalid Product Key. Make suer that the Product Key belongs to the intendedn product or product version.

Now, I cannot start Studio in either version.I also tried the offline activation, but I don't have the Installation ID.

How can I finish the activation?
