Natalia, I haven't managed to solve the problem myself. Someone from SLD (Bogdan) has remotely accessed by computer and helped me with it. Post a resolution as Paul said and they will surely help you too.
Here is the answer from Bogdan, after repairing the Windows problem I had: ”During the remote session we discovered that the issue was caused by the Windows Management Instrumentation service (WMI) that is used by Studio to check the license upon startup”.
