Dear All,
I have not used my SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance for a number of years. It remains active and I have a licence number.
Yesterday I tried to install SDL Trados Studio 2011 SP2 to my new computer (from the "downloads" section in my account).
It is allowing me to download and install, however during the process an error occurs and the process does not complete. :-(
Error message: "An error occurred while downloading a required file. You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup."
I have downloaded the files a number of times, restarted the computer etc but nothing seems to work. Can you please help?
