Socket Error 2 -77 during activation/deactivation of SDL Trados Studio 2014

Dear Support Team,

Recently, we could not activate/deactivate our SDL Trados Studio 2014 online because the Socket Error 2 -77 message keeps popping up.

We tried turning off our firewall but it doesn't help.

Error message dialog box with a red cross icon saying 'Deactivation failed. Cannot deactivate license. - Socket error 2 (Support reference: SocketError2 -77)' with an OK button.

We have try offline activation/deactivation and it works, but the error message still appears every time we try to activate/deactivate the product.

Can we get rid of this error message?

Is there any way to activate/deactivate online again?
