Question

I get permanetely error notification and have tried everything whats suggeted..repaired...etc 
 Is it possible to uninstall and reinstall everytghing?

 It would be really helpful if you told us what the error was. 
 Perhaps provide screenshots and the full error stack-

Also it would be helpful if you told us when you get the error, what process are you going through when it happens. 
 The more info you can provide, the easier it is for us try and help you.

 It really is important that you save the error stack and then attach it to the thread. 
 Simply providing parts of an error message is not helpful- 
 Also please tell us what you have tried so far- this way we don't go over the same steps twice. 
 Reinstalling won't necessarily help, without actually knowing what caused the issue in the first place
