The Multiterm link does not work. Is there an easier way to do this for the students?
Hello Jeff Gabbitas
I just tested the Multiterm link again and it works. What happens when the users are trying to download it? Do they have an error message?
The link can also be found at the bottom of this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027380
An easier way would be to download the Multiterm installer from your SDL account and share it internally with the users or to add the users to the main SDL account so they can download it themselves: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027184
Thank you,
