Urgent help needed - I can't reset 5 languages in my Studio 2017

Question

My Studio 2017 should work with Studio 2019 license in parallel. 
 
 I have just desinstalled my Studio 2017 because I wanted to change one of the 5 languages but when I reinstalled it, the system did not ask me to choose the 5 languages. Studio 2017 just reopened normally. 
 
 I have to create a new project today and I am stuck&hellip; 
 
 Can you please help?
