I have purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021 today. But I have no licence in my "licences" section. Should I receive an email with the activation key? What should I do? I thought I would be able to activate my licence immediately after purchasing. Thanks!

Same issue here - I should have a license, I think (after all, that's what I pay the yearly Support & Maintenance fee for), but it's not listed in the Licenses section in my account.
Besides, the Downloads section in my account is not showing at the moment - I get a message "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." when I click the link Downloads in my account.
Please help!

This is NOT the way to get help. Your email will be ignored unless you have a support contract. So if you don't have a support contract the way to get help is exactly the same way Isabel got help in here. Create a new thread for your problem and we have an automated system to convert the post into a support case and you'll get issued with a ticket number.

I logged a ticket and got my license. The problem with the Downloads section seems to have solved itself after restarting my pc (and thus my browser).
I still find it odd that my license wasn't added to my account automatically, but that's for SDL to sort out. It will be another few years before this issue might crop up again.
