I am about to upgrade my computer so I will need to deactivate Studio + Multiterm 2017 and reactivate them on my new computer. However, I dont see any licenses and product in my SDL account. Can I safely deactivate the products? Will I be then able to reactivate them on my new computer?

If you don't see any licences in your account then how will you be able to reactivate them? You won't is the answer because you don't have a licence in there... apparently.
I suggest you double check that you don't have a different account because I think you are logging into your account with the wrong one. Certainly you do seem to have two accounts in here:
