I have sent this to both of you last week:
I have Dell High End Laptop with 16 MB and 1 TB SSD with Windows 10 Professional installed.
I have downloaded 4 times of the software, and also installed C++. It just does not work.
Please see error messages.

It's also always helpful to tell us what version of the software you are installing, and most importantly what error messages you see when you do try to install.
