Second license for Translator Plus not available

Question

In my account the Licenses section shows that I am using both my Freelance Plus licenses but this is not the case. I've only ever installed it once and now that I want to use it on my new PC I find I can't. Is it possible to reset the licenses to correct this? 
 Second question: can I have my AutoSuggest Creator add-on attached to both licenses and if not, is it possible to disassociate it from the license it's currently attached to and move it to a new one?

 I have edited your image to remove the personal data. Please be careful as this is a public forum! 
 On your question... try a reset. You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. 
 Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

 Yes, that's why I suggested it. If it doesn't help we'll create a support case for you. But given this should help you now it's worth trying instead of waiting until tomorrow.
