We have purchased from your Reseller Mr. Robert 2 additional Freelance Trados studio , and he was a big help on assisting us. However, yesterday after the purchasing we ran into an issue that we could not activate our subscription, please see our attachment below. This happened when we tried to activate our Language Cloud Subscription. Please this is urgent, and we needed this sorted out yesterday, Mr. Robert tried on helping as much as he can even when he had limited internet. However, I think its best and faster if you would assist us on this.
