Hi,
I'm trying to reinstall Trados Studio 2014 after resetting my computer, and one of the files required for installation cannot be downloaded. This page in the Knowledge Base describes my problem : https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029146, and the link provided in the "Resolution" section takes me to a 404 page on SDL's server.
I am using Windows 10, and my system is up to date. I have also installed Visual C++ 2005 direct from Microsoft (here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=26347), but SDL is attempting (and failing) to install it regardless.
Any advice is welcome!
